About The Position

This role exists to protect the accuracy of inventory, which is one of Life is Good's most significant assets. Accurate inventory records enable smarter decisions across all teams, including planning, production, finance, and fulfillment. The Inventory Control Administrator will ensure physical stock movements and system records are synchronized, resolve variances, and maintain trustworthy data.

Requirements

Experience in receiving, warehouse operations, or retail loss prevention, understanding how physical inventory movement and system records must align.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, for tracking, analyzing, and reporting on inventory data.
Certified forklift operator or ability to obtain certification.
Ability to lift 50 pounds routinely.

Responsibilities

Co-lead and participate in the semi-annual cycle count process in SAP across all warehouse locations and subcontract printers.
Consolidate and count Warehouse inventory locations.
Support the Inventory, Replenishment and Receiving teams as operational needs arise.
Collaborate with departmental leadership to optimize physical inventory space.
