To succeed as an Inventory Consultant, you should have a strong passion for sales, stay informed on the latest in the automotive industry, and know how to identify customer needs, read buying signals, and close deals—without being pushy. The Inventory Consultant is responsible for speaking with clients and potential customers to help them learn about the services provided by DTN. Their duties include meeting with clients, explaining how the company’s products or services function, and providing training for the product or service. A successful sales consultant will also meet all sales goals and KPIs.
