About The Position

As an Inventory Clerk, you play a crucial role in our operations. You will oversee the inventory control processes in our workshop, ensuring efficient handling of replacement computer parts—from receiving, labeling, auditing, stocking, and shipping. We are looking for someone with a hands-on approach to learning, multi-tasking abilities & problem-solving skills, and a customer-focused attitude. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, have interest or experience with technology, this position would be a great fit for you! As an Inventory Clerk, you will play a key role in supporting our mission to serve educators by ensuring the accuracy, efficiency, and organization of our inventory operations. You will oversee the daily workflow of inventory processes, including receiving shipments, system entry, shelving, labeling, physical audits, and reconciliation of stock.

Requirements

• Minimum 18 years of age
• Technical know-how (must be able to operate computers and perform data entry)
• Ability to lift approximately 50+ lbs
• Able to pass a background check and have the legal right to work in the U.S.
• Flexibility in tasks and willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing both people and processes with precision, while consistently maintaining high standards of efficiency and accuracy.

Nice To Haves

• 1-2 years of Inventory clerk experience
• High School Diploma or equivalent
