Requirements

  • Experience in office administration, data entry, inventory control, or a similar administrative support role.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and take pride in completing work accurately and on time.
  • Comfortable entering, updating, and maintaining information in computer systems, reports, spreadsheets, and inventory files.
  • Able to process paperwork, maintain records, and support day-to-day inventory transactions related to locations, trucks, jobs, and warehouse/job divisions.
  • Skilled with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Able to multitask, prioritize work, meet deadlines, and follow through on assigned tasks until completion.
  • Dependable, consistently on time, responsive to requests, and willing to receive feedback to improve performance.
  • Professional and able to handle confidential information with care and discretion.
  • A team player with a positive, calm, and encouraging presence, even in a busy or high-stress environment.
  • Comfortable working with vendors, clients, fellow team members, and internal departments in a mature, thoughtful, and pleasant manner.
  • High School Diploma or GED required.

Nice To Haves

  • SAWIN experience is a plus!
  • Knowledge of basic accounting principles, clerical procedures, and customer service practices is preferred.
  • Associate degree preferred.
  • 1 year of office/admin experience, data entry, or inventory control experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Process paperwork, maintain records, and support day-to-day inventory transactions related to locations, trucks, jobs, and warehouse/job divisions.
  • Enter, update, and maintain information in computer systems, reports, spreadsheets, and inventory files.
