About The Position

Maintains shipping, receiving, and inventory documentation to preserve complete and accessible operational records. Enters warehouse data to capture inventory movements, order status, and shipment activity accurately. Routes materials, orders, and exception items through the appropriate workflows to support timely processing. Prepares reports on inventory status, shipment activity, and recurring operational issues for routine review. Updates records related to stock balances, storage locations, and transaction activity to maintain control accuracy. Answers routine operational inquiries from internal and external contacts to provide status support and execution clarity.

Requirements

High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience required.
2+ years of experience in warehouse support, distribution operations, shipping, receiving, inventory control, material handling, or a related field required.

Nice To Haves

Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP), or equivalent certification preferred.
