The Inventory Clerk is responsible for monitoring the piece pick line, ensuring no hold or restricted product is placed in bins for picking. This role involves monitoring open transfer orders (TOs) for inbound and outbound activities, identifying and communicating pallets that do not exist (DNE) to operations for correction, and ensuring temporary and overflow bins are used appropriately. The Inventory Clerk will create and process inventory documents quarterly and annually, aiming for an inventory accuracy of 99.95% or higher, and perform cycle counts as needed. They will also monitor inbound/outbound deliveries to ensure all shipments are processed, complete daily audits of quality hold product, and crosscheck hold product with warehouse inventory. Additionally, this role processes customer orders and change notices accurately and timely, maintains the QI sheet, and coordinates with Operations for product holds and releases. Adjustments for SKU quantity changes and restacking may be required. The Inventory Clerk will process system adjustments for quality inspection samples, maintain reliable attendance, and operate vehicles or machinery as needed, all while adhering to safety and security standards.
