Nice To Haves

  • Previous work experience in an electronics manufacturing environment is a plus.
  • 1+ years' experience in a similar role is a plus.
  • ERP systems experience is a plus.
  • Good computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Maintaining accurate inventory records.
  • Receiving, inspecting, and logging incoming materials, ensuring everything aligns with quality standards.
  • Conducting regular inventory counts and updating stock levels in the management system.
  • Preparing reports on inventory discrepancies.
  • Collaborating closely with other departments to assist in managing stock levels, facilitating timely restocking, and supporting production schedules.
  • Addressing any inventory-related issues promptly, ensuring that operations run smoothly.
  • Receive and enter inventory into ERP system.
  • Picking and kitting electronic components for production.
  • Issue materials as per work orders from ERP system.
  • Communicating stock shortages/inventory discrepancies and escalating issues, as necessary.
  • Perform cycle counts to ensure accuracy of inventory.
  • Stock inventory in allocated storage locations.
  • Inventory stock room and receiving bays maintenance and upkeep.
