This specific role is for an Inventory Clerk at Seton Medical Ctr Hays in Kyle, Texas, within the Materials Management department, on a full-time rotating schedule.

Requirements

  • High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
  • Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.

Responsibilities

  • Orchestrate Supply Chain Excellence: Take full ownership of the equipment lifecycle—from strategic ordering and stocking to seamless transportation—ensuring the organization has the vital tools needed to succeed.
  • Optimize Inventory Health: Drive operational efficiency by maintaining precise stock levels, proactively troubleshooting discrepancies, and implementing best-in-class rotation practices to eliminate waste and maximize resource freshness.
  • Ensure Data Integrity & Reliability: Maintain meticulous tracking records and oversee logistics to guarantee 100% on-time delivery, providing a dependable foundation for daily operations.
  • Build High-Impact Partnerships: Serve as a key professional liaison between clinicians, administrators, and vendors, utilizing your communication skills to deliver exceptional service and foster a collaborative environment.
