About The Position
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cycle Counter / Reach Truck Operator to join our warehouse team. This position is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory through cycle counting while safely operating a reach truck to move and organize inventory. The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, basic computer and math skills, and a commitment to safety, accuracy, and attendance.

Responsibilities
- Perform daily cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
- Operate a reach truck safely to move, store, and retrieve products.
- Replenish inventory in designated warehouse locations.
- Record inventory adjustments using warehouse management systems or computer software.
- Verify product quantities and locations to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Assist with receiving, stocking, and inventory audits as needed.
- Follow all warehouse safety procedures and equipment operating guidelines.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Work collaboratively with supervisors and warehouse team members.
