About The Position

The purpose of this job is to optimize inventory usage in the process of blending grass seed for customer orders. Maintaining stock levels by analyzing supply chain data, forecasting demand, and tracking inventory metrics. Heavily focusing on daily production order accuracy and customer satisfaction while fulfilling Pratum’s mission is to be an agricultural cooperative dedicated to innovative solutions, excellent service, and long-term relationships.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Proven experience managing inventory and daily production orders

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and assemble daily production orders while optimizing inventory utilization and maintaining accurate Bill of Materials (BOM) records.
• Configure and verify bagging line specifications to ensure accurate product blending and efficient production workflows.
• Monitor, reconcile, and maintain inventory records to support operational accuracy and inventory control objectives.
• Analyze operational and inventory data to generate reports, identify trends, and support informed decision-making.
• Conduct quality assurance reviews to verify order accuracy, product quality, and shipment readiness.
• Ensure grass seed labeling complies with all applicable federal and state regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Maintain detailed production, inventory, and operational records in accordance with company procedures.
• Promote a safe, clean, and organized work environment while supporting continuous improvement initiatives and operational excellence.
