About The Position

Framebridge is a consumer business with online sales, retail stores, and manufacturing facilities. At its manufacturing studio, the team creates and assembles customer orders, working with manufacturing and warehouse teams to prepare and ship custom-framed products. The Inventory Associate supports production by safely using a forklift to load and unload materials and deliveries, moving them between storage areas, machines, and loading docks, and ensuring the production floor is stocked. The role also includes tracking inventory, documenting activity, reporting material or quality issues, and helping maintain a safe work environment.

Requirements

• One year of experience as a forklift operator or in a similar role.
• Working knowledge of industrial equipment.
• Experience working in a manufacturing environment.
• Self-motivated problem-solver.
• Strong attention to detail and follow-up skills, with the ability to identify and resolve problems.
• Good time-management skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Valid driver's license.
• High school diploma.

Responsibilities

• Unload and load material and move it to the appropriate places.
• Identify damage when unpacking materials and report it to Leadership.
• Report shortages to Leadership.
• Report quality deficiencies to Leadership.
• Transport raw materials to production workstations.
• Keep updated records of inventory.
• Produce activity logs.
• Comply with company policies and guidelines.
• Assist in keeping a safe environment.
