As a rapidly growing small business, the work produced and relationships formed will directly impact the company's success. Requirements

  • Has drive, tenacity, enthusiasm, and a stellar work ethic.
  • Someone passionate, kind, uplifting, and encouraging to new and existing needlepointers finding Penny Linn for the first or 10th time.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong copywriting and grammar skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with attention to detail.
  • Collaborative attitude with the ability to work closely with other departments.
  • Friendly, energetic, self-starter

Responsibilities

  • Keep the NYC location organized – canvases, inventory, threads, etc. and make sure all are properly stored
  • Keep back of house merchandised and stocked
  • End-of-day clean up and ensure the NYC location is ready for the following workday
  • Assist with physical inventory
  • Assist with customers on the sales floor as needed as extra support
  • Take on additional projects as they arise
