Position Summary: The Inventory Associate will perform standard inventory warehouse functions. This includes picking items for orders, putting away inventory receipts and replenish inventory from bulk storage to a picking locations. This position requires an individual to have strong organizational skills, analytical ability and to be detail oriented paying special attention to accuracy.

Requirements

  • Minimum one year experience working in a Finished Goods Warehouse environment.
  • Ability to follow procedures as well as take initiative.
  • Experience using Radio Frequency (RF) scanners helpful.
  • Proficient computer skills (Microsoft Office)
  • Should possess excellent interpersonal skills and be a team player.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

  • Process all orders received on the same day for shipment.
  • Bag and bulk store incoming inventory.
  • Replenish items from a bulk to a picking location.
  • Pick items and sets to fulfill customer and in-house departmental requests.
  • Enter item data related to order transactions into the software system.
  • Maintain the Finished Goods Warehouse in a clean and orderly manner.
  • Perform Cycle Counts daily to verify accurate system quantities and ensure the shelf life of sterile products.
  • Maintain inventory items on a first-in/first-out basis.
  • Able to identify, pick, and put away surgical sets.
  • Support various departments as requested.
  • Additional responsibilities may be assigned based on business requirements.
