About The Position

Inventory Associates are responsible for ensuring that inventory requirements are completed in a timely manner. Detail and organization skills are required to ensure that specifications are followed through for each specific customer. An individual must be able to successfully perform the essential functions of this position with or without a reasonable accommodation. This is an on-site position in Georgetown, GA.

Requirements

  • Ability to learn and operate all facility equipment including computers, calculators, scanners.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Perform basic arithmetic functions: add, subtract, multiply and divide.
  • Can-do attitude, sense of urgency and strong work ethic.
  • Must be very active and require standing and walking.
  • Manual dexterity sufficient to operate a computer keyboard and calculator.
  • Requires normal range of hearing and vision.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience in a manufacturer setting.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure that inventory requirements are completed in a timely manner.
  • Ensure that specifications are followed through for each specific item.
  • Use any safety related PPE required equipment.
  • Follow all safety guidelines set forth by the company and its supervisors.
  • Perform safety checks of equipment before usage.
  • Push Production Carts to designated areas.
  • Operate a pallet jack.
  • Move up and down a ladder as needed.
  • Review receiving and stocking of supplies for accuracy.
  • Maintain integrity of products through proper handling and storage.
  • Complete daily work orders via scanner/paperwork.
  • Assist with inventory counts on a daily basis.
  • Ensure a clean, safe and productive work environment in compliance with OSHA and company directives, using safety first practices to remain accident free.
  • Ensure good housekeeping is followed daily.
  • Maintain company attendance standards.
  • Execute company policies, procedures and programs in a professional, effective and timely manner.
  • Perform other duties as necessary.
