About The Position

This role involves performing inventory counts inside gas stations and convenience stores. You will work across the sales floor, stockroom, coolers, and freezers, traveling to 1-3 different store locations per day. The job requires early morning starts, daily travel within a ~2-hour radius of Raleigh, NC, and physical, hands-on work. Reliable transportation is essential. The schedule is typically Monday-Friday, with no weekends. Full-time hours are currently around 48 per week, with overtime paid, and will eventually adjust to 36-42 hours per week. End times vary, typically between 1 PM and 6 PM.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license, active car insurance, and reliable transportation required for travel between job sites and participation in team carpooling (you will be required to drive)
• Ability to pass background check and MVR screening
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs, stand for extended periods, bend, and squat
• Physical work includes frequent bending, squatting, kneeling, ladder use, and working in coolers and freezers

Responsibilities

• Accurately count inventory using a 10-key device
• Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies
• Submit inventory reports to store managers
• Maintain efficiency and accuracy across multiple locations
