About The Position

The Inventory Associate supports Vuori’s retail business by helping maintain inventory and store operations while contributing to a positive customer experience. The role also includes connecting with customers, communicating Vuori’s brand values through product knowledge, and collaborating with the sales team to provide strong service. Responsibilities include keeping the sales floor stocked, assisting with inventory management, maintaining store cleanliness and organization, executing cash-control procedures, supporting merchandising directives, and identifying and communicating product concerns. The position is part-time and seasonal.

Responsibilities

Forge lasting relationships with customers and create an unforgettable customer experience.
Work with the sales team to ensure each customer receives the best service possible.
Greet customers in a timely, authentic, and engaging manner.
Prepare fitting rooms, find sizes, and provide knowledgeable feedback on merchandise style and fit.
Achieve sales goals in a team-based commission environment.
Develop product knowledge in fashion and activewear to serve as an expert for customers.
Assist with projects while keeping the focus on customer experience.
Communicate inventory needs to support business goals.
Ensure the sales floor is stocked every evening.
Collaborate with management on inventory management.
Clean the retail store regularly, including floors and bathrooms.
Understand and execute cash-control procedures, including bank deposits and petty cash.
Assist with implementing and maintaining merchandising and visual directives.
Keep the selling floor neat, clean, organized, and aligned with the correct visual image.
Identify and communicate product concerns in a timely manner.
