Inventory Associate (Second Shift)

Alt Platform Inc•New Castle, DE
•$50,000 - $50,000•Onsite

About The Position

Alt is hiring an Inventory Associate to work onsite at its Delaware vault on second shift. The Vault is the physical backbone of Alt’s platform, handling trading cards as they are received, digitized, stored, sold, returned, and shipped. The role involves careful, hands-on work with valuable inventory and responsibility for keeping physical inventory and records aligned. The associate receives shipments, verifies their contents against declarations, photographs and digitizes cards, catalogs them, and shelves them. They also retrieve, pack, and ship cards when they sell or their owners request their return. The role includes maintaining chain of custody and accurate counts, improving operational workflows, and providing feedback to product and data teams about the tools used in the Vault. Some travel to card shows and events may be required to handle intake on the floor. The position requires consistent onsite attendance on second shift, with schedule flexibility potentially needed during periods of increased volume or operational demand. The associate may use AI tools to document processes as SOPs and draft end-of-shift handoff notes.
