Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate stock levels, monitor and update inventory data across platforms, and ensure product stock meets all distribution needs.
- Audit invoices for convenience stores, distributors, and third-party services, ensuring accuracy in all transactions.
- Assist in managing incoming and outgoing shipments and collaborate with the team to streamline warehouse processes.
- Manage product listings on platforms like Shopify, ensuring that product details and attributes are updated regularly.
- Track and communicate with vendors regarding purchase orders, shipments, and product discrepancies.
- Keep track of shipments, communicate with vendors about partial shipments, and prepare shipping documents.
