About The Position

As Inventory and Warehouse Management Specialist, you will be responsible for the full achievement of the unit's departmental and corporate objectives through implementation of effective inventory management, data analytics, reports preparation and execution of logistics strategies to ensure accuracy of reports and achieve product inventory levels, and contribute directly to transforming energy for a better world. You will work closely with various teams to deliver results, create positive community impact, and develop your skills in a supportive, purpose-driven environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree: Preferably Commerce, Accounting and Engineering
  • At least 1 year exposure in warehousing, power plants, construction or similar working environment.

Responsibilities

  • Checks the correct quantity and type of items delivered by the supplier before item receiving.
  • Receives the delivered items in the system (Maximo) and prepares the necessary documents to be submitted to AP for payment processing.
  • Helps in allocating storage space for inventory items.
  • Moves items into designated location and helps in maintaining the orderliness of items inside the warehouse.
  • Receives item issuance request from other departments.
  • Prepares inventory items for issuance to the end-user.
  • Makes sure that approved requests are submitted prior to withdrawal of the item.
  • Handles processing, documenting and tracking of all incoming and/or outgoing shipments of materials and ensures safe and on-time delivery.
  • Prepares request for payment for all material shipment expenses and monitors payment.
  • Monitors inventory and helps in identifying and addressing stock shortage or stock obsolescence.
  • Drafts and submits daily/weekly/monthly reports to the Warehouse Supervisor as determined as a tool for monitoring day-to-day warehouse transactions.
  • Conforms to the company’s Quality, Environmental, Occupational Health and Safety, and Asset Management Systems policies, standards, procedures, and guidelines based on ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ISO 55000 Standards.
  • Reports Environmental and Occupational Health and Safety events/incidents or potential events, or other security risks to the organization/committees-in-charge.
  • Protects information assets from unauthorized access, disclosure, modification, destruction, or interference in accordance with ISMS policies.
  • Maintains availability, confidentiality, and integrity of documents.
  • Performs other related duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by the TL.
