Responsibilities

Photograph new and pre owned vehicles for our website.
Ensure every vehicle has a complete, consistent, high quality photo set.
Stage vehicles so they look clean and professional.
Upload and organize vehicle photos.
Monitor inventory to make sure newly arrived vehicles are photographed promptly.
Answer incoming phone calls with a friendly, professional attitude.
Schedule service appointments.
Assist customers with general questions and connect them with the appropriate department.
Help create an exceptional first impression for every customer.
Coordinate customer pick-up and delivery appointments.
Occasionally pick up or deliver customer vehicles.
Assist our Internal Service Advisor with administrative tasks and customer communication.
Help keep service operations organized and running smoothly.
Jump in wherever help is needed.
Work closely with our sales, service, and office teams.
Help improve processes and create a great customer experience.
