We are looking for an Inventory and Cost Analyst.

Requirements

2-3 years of experience with inventory and standard costing
Experience with ERP systems (Business Central, SAP, etc.)
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related fields
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Good communication with others
Meeting deadlines
Problem-solving
Team work and independent work
Attention to detail
Ability to speak French with our team in Quebec
In a multicultural and international environment, a good command of English is necessary to interact with part of our clientele and international team.

Responsibilities

Prepare the product standard (MLO) costing for budgeting, month-end reporting and sales quotes.
Support in analyzing actual vs standard cost variances.
Monitor inventory levels and investigate inventory variances.
Perform inventory reconciliations and cycle count variance analysis.
Support physical inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy.
Prepare month-end inventory reporting.
Review and process inventory adjustments.
Review and analyze COGS GL transactions.
