TAT Technologies' Greensboro site serves as the company's Center of Excellence for Auxiliary Power Unit (APU) and landing gear MRO services, as well as aircraft component leasing solutions. Supporting commercial and military aircraft operators worldwide, the site provides integrated maintenance and asset management solutions that maximize fleet availability, reduce downtime, and improve operational performance. We are seeking a dynamic Inventory Analyst to support day to day human resources operations. This individual will provide comprehensive HR support across multiple functional areas including employee relations, payroll, onboarding, benefits administration, compliance, performance management, and HR policy implementation. This role serves as a key resource for employees and management while helping foster a positive and compliant workplace culture.

Requirements

  • Lift up to 40+ pounds
  • High School Diploma/GED minimum.
  • Recommended two or more years of experience with warehouse.
  • Minimum of 2–5 years of inventory control, warehouse, or supply chain experience.
  • Experience with ERP/MRP systems (SAP, Oracle, Quantum, Epicor, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.).
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, formulas, charts, data analysis).
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience performing cycle counts, inventory audits, bin consolidation, and inventory reconciliation.
  • Knowledge of inventory management principles, warehouse operations, and material flow.
  • Experience with KPI reporting and inventory performance metrics.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with FAA, AS9100, ISO 9001, or other quality management systems preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, physical inventories, and inventory reconciliation.
  • Analyze inventory trends, shortages, excess stock, and inventory variances to support operational goals.
  • Investigate inventory discrepancies and perform root cause analysis to implement corrective actions.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records within the ERP/MRP system.
  • Collaborate with Production, Purchasing, Shipping, Receiving, and Quality to ensure material availability.
  • Develop and maintain inventory reports, dashboards, and KPIs for leadership.
  • Support inventory forecasting, replenishment planning, and inventory optimization initiatives.
  • Monitor inventory transactions to ensure compliance with company procedures and regulatory requirements.
  • Identify opportunities to improve inventory control processes, reduce waste, and increase efficiency.
  • Assist with warehouse audits, FAA/AS9100 compliance requirements, and inventory documentation.
  • Ensure serialized, lot-controlled, and traceable inventory is maintained accurately.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing principles.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
