As our Inventory Analyst, you will help us manage the receipt of all stocked SKUs by tracking down backordered items and expediting orders for our customer service team. Requirements

Demonstrate a passion for operations and supply chain management
Self-starter that thrives in a team environment
Confident using MS Office (bonus points if you’re an Excel expert or have Qlik/SQL experience!)
Demonstrate critical thinking skills and have a knack for identifying process improvements
Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning software (such as SAP) will earn you GOLD STARS!
All-star communicator and fluent in English (both written and verbal)

Responsibilities

Identify non-stocked and/or excess inventory
Partner with our manufacturers regarding inventory returns
Ensuring deliveries are made accurately and on-time
Review purchasing agreements to update supplier returns database
Compare purchase orders with confirmations, cutting emergency purchase orders when needed
Communicate effectively to resolve discrepancies in a timely matter
Work with the Global Fulfillment Centers to transfer inventory from one building to another
Cross collaborate with internal partners regarding inventory availability and customer initiatives
