About The Position

Fibrebond by Eaton is seeking an Inventory Analyst to join their team. This position is based onsite at their Minden, LA facility. The role is responsible for managing inventory accuracy, performing cycle counts, analyzing variances, and supporting production through effective material tracking and control. This role ensures proper inventory processes are followed and supports continuous improvement through analysis and reporting. Fibrebond, an Eaton company, designs and manufactures pre-integrated modular buildings and power enclosures that protect mission-critical equipment for data center, industrial, utility, and communications customers. Headquartered in Minden, Louisiana, Fibrebond is known for its engineered-to-order solutions that support complex infrastructure projects across North America. In 2025, Fibrebond was acquired by Eaton, expanding Eaton’s modular solutions portfolio while preserving Fibrebond’s strong engineering expertise, customer focus, and manufacturing operations in Louisiana. The expected annual salary range for this role is $69,000 - $101,000 a year. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
  • Three (3) years of experience working in supply chain, purchasing, inventory or materials management within a warehouse environment or similar.
  • One (1) year of experience working with an ERP system.
  • Ability to operate a forklift or willingness to be trained.

Nice To Haves

  • Associate's degree or higher in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or similar from an accredited institution.
  • Five (5) years of experience working in supply chain, purchasing, inventory or materials management in a warehouse environment.
  • Previous experience using EPICOR ERP system.
  • Previous work experience in a manufacturing inventory environment.
  • Lean/CI Certifications, experience, or training.

Responsibilities

  • Perform cycle counts and review inventory variances.
  • Analyze discrepancies and support corrective actions.
  • Maintain inventory records in EPICOR.
  • Review and close jobs, including material usage and cost tracking.
  • Monitor and improve inventory processes and accuracy.
  • Identify and manage excess inventory.
  • Support reporting and prioritize work based on production needs.
  • Follow company policies and perform other duties as assigned.
  • Follow all safety procedures, wear required PPE, and maintain a clean, organized work area.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by manager.
