About The Position

Everpure's global supply chain relies on precise knowledge of material location and timely replenishment. This role integrates inventory analysis, purchasing execution, and Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP). The Inventory Analyst will manage the purchase order lifecycle with contract manufacturers, rebalance global inventory to prevent excess and obsolescence, and generate critical data for planning decisions. This position offers broad visibility across the end-to-end supply chain, with daily interaction with Planning, Logistics, Warehouse, and Finance teams.

Requirements

  • Strong data fluency in Excel (pivots, lookups, reconciliation) and BI tools.
  • Ability to identify significant variances and trace them to root causes.
  • Experience working in an ERP system (e.g., SAP) to manage PO dates, quantities, and pricing at volume.

  • Experience coordinating directly with contract manufacturers and suppliers.
  • Communication skills to resolve delivery and quantity issues without escalation.

Responsibilities

  • Manage inventory health across Everpure's global hubs, monitoring Days on Hand (DOH), turns, and safety stock targets.
  • Identify root causes of inventory imbalances and slow-moving stock, and drive site-to-site balancing before material becomes excess or obsolete.
  • Oversee the end-to-end purchase order lifecycle with contract manufacturers and suppliers, including PO releases, supplier commitment tracking, expediting/de-expediting, and resolution of delivery/quantity discrepancies.
  • Provide inventory position, risk, and gap analysis for S&OP and monthly inventory reviews, and ensure follow-through on resulting actions.
  • Maintain accurate dashboards, ERP records, and reporting for Planning, Logistics, and Finance teams.
  • Support Finance with PPV tracking and invoice discrepancy resolution.
  • Identify and drive improvements for process inefficiencies, such as recurring data issues, manual steps, and system gaps.
