About The Position

The Inventory Analyst ensures alignment across business functions by establishing effective S&OP processes with clear cadence and governance. This role uses advanced statistical and bias reduction techniques to improve forecasting accuracy, enabling better demand-supply balance, inventory optimization, and service levels.

Requirements

  • Planning experience or at least 3+ years direct professional experience in the role
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business Administration
  • Proficiency in SAP

Responsibilities

  • Shortage Forecasting for hours out, to days, weeks and months out.
  • Data analysis on factory inventory
  • Inventory Counts / Cycle Counts
  • Inventory Adjustments
  • Inventory accuracy improvement
  • Develop and implement robust S&OP processes with structured schedules and governance to ensure cross-functional alignment.
  • Collect the demand from WSE-CNE-APAC-AMERICA of finish product manufactured in EMEA
  • Organize a weekly meeting with manager to manage portfolio ad share to planner specialist
  • Enhance forecast accuracy by applying advanced statistical techniques and reducing bias.
  • Track and report key planning metrics, including forecast accuracy, inventory turnover, and service levels.
  • Assess current planning practices, identify areas for improvement, and propose actionable solutions to boost efficiency.
