Requirements

  • 2–4+ years in warehouse inventory control, ITAD, 3PL, or electronics distribution.
  • Comfort with WMS/ERP (NetSuite, SAP, Odoo, etc.), handheld scanners, and label printers (e.g., Zebra).
  • Strong Excel skills.
  • Able to identify common server/storage/network models and components.
  • Accurate serial capture, paperwork, and status updates.
  • Lift/move 50 lb items with proper technique; stand/walk for extended periods; operate pallet jacks.
  • Familiar with ESD, data security, and safety procedures.
  • Background check friendly.

Nice To Haves

  • Forklift cert a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Inventory accuracy & control: Perform receipts, put-away, bin transfers, cycle counts, and adjustments in the WMS/ERP.
  • Reconcile PO/ASN data vs. physical assets; resolve discrepancies with Ops/Procurement.
  • Maintain chain-of-custody logs, capture serials/asset tags.
  • Palletization & outbound prep: Build stable pallets, band/wrap, apply BOL/COC paperwork, schedule carrier pickups.
  • Prepare export documentation as needed; verify HTS codes and weight/dim data.
  • Be able to handle devices that weigh up to 50 lbs.
  • Data & reporting: Keep item masters and locations current, update statuses at each process gate.
  • Produce daily/weekly reports: receipts, shipments, variance, and aging.
  • Use Excel/Sheets (filters, vLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, PivotTables) to reconcile and summarize.
  • Continuous improvement: Recommend slotting, labeling, and process improvements to reduce touches and errors.
  • Assist with SOP creation/updates and new-hire training on scanning and serial capture.
