AETC is seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Associate to support our production team by making sure the right materials are in the right place at the right time. In this entry-level role, you'll pull, stage, and issue parts and components to production work orders, verifying part numbers, quantities, revisions, and lot numbers to maintain full material traceability. You'll also help receive and put away incoming materials, perform cycle counts, keep stockrooms clean and organized, and flag shortages or inventory discrepancies. Working closely with Production, Quality, and Supply Chain, you'll play a key part in keeping work orders complete and on schedule. This position involves handling energetic materials in a regulated aerospace and defense manufacturing environment, so candidates must be U.S. Persons and able to pass an ATF background check. Prior warehouse, inventory, or manufacturing experience is helpful but not required. We're looking for someone reliable, accurate, and eager to learn, and we'll provide training on our inventory systems and procedures.
