Requirements

  • College diploma (DEC) in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in inventory control, accounting, retail operations, or a related role
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Acts as an ambassador for Groupe Vision Newlook Inc. in attitude and actions
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working with ERP, inventory management, or retail systems is an asset
  • Bilingualism (English and French) is considered an asset

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and communicate inventory count schedules and instructions to stores
  • Track count completion and follow up on outstanding items
  • Maintain inventory count logs and supporting documentation
  • Review and validate inventory count results
  • Investigate discrepancies and follow up with stores as needed
  • Escalate significant variances and assist with root-cause analysis
  • Monitor and respond to inventory-related emails and inquiries
  • Provide support and guidance to stores on inventory procedures
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve inventory issues
  • Assist with sales audit reconciliations, reporting, and data validation.
  • Maintain tracking files and documentation.
  • Support process improvement initiatives and other team priorities as required
