Survey of the theories, research, and practices that have shaped the field of educational administration as both an applied profession and as an area of scholarly inquiry; implications for people, educational structures, and institutional purposes.
Requirements
- PhD in education or a field of study related to the course.
- Publications in the field of study within the last 5 years.
- Expertise in the subject area of educational administration.
- Experience in e-learning.
- Competence in a second language (passive).
Responsibilities
- Teach Introduction to Educational Administration (EDU5263, Section DA30) during the Fall 2026 semester.
- Conduct an asynchronous web-based course.
- Manage a class with an expected enrollment of 35 students.
- Adhere to the University of Ottawa's policies and collective agreements.
