In Development and Alumni Relations (DAR) we are seeking an Interviewer/Screener to support high-volume recruiting to support our growth initiatives. This position will be a key partner within the Talent Management team, tasked with conducting a high volume of Zoom-based screening interviews for candidates who have already applied, with a focus on assessing cultural fit and required qualifications for various fundraising and advancement positions, ranging from entry-level to director-level positions. This is a term role expected to last 6–12 months. The Department of Development and Alumni Relations (DAR) assists Vanderbilt University in securing the resources, both human and financial, that are required to achieve its mission and goals. The Department is responsible for the identification, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship of individuals and organizations whose charitable objectives are consistent with those of Vanderbilt University’s teaching and research programs. DAR’s university development team is responsible for seeking new resources from alumni, parents, friends, and family foundations to support key fundraising priorities.
