About The Position

Clear Motivations is seeking a high-energy, organized Interviewing Specialist to lead our hiring and onboarding efforts. This is a full-time, weekday-only position offering consistency, purpose, and the opportunity to make a real impact by helping build a compassionate team that supports adults with disabilities. Clear Motivations is an Adult Day Work Program dedicated to empowering adults with disabilities through employment, skill development, and community integration. Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 1–2 years of recruiting, HR, or administrative experience preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Professional, welcoming demeanor
• Passion for mission-driven work

Nice To Haves

• degree preferred
• Experience in social services or disability support is a plus

Responsibilities

• Review applications and identify qualified candidates
• Schedule and conduct interviews for program positions
• Support hiring and onboarding in collaboration with managers
• Maintain accurate applicant and hiring records
• Communicate professionally with candidates throughout the hiring process
• Assist with job postings and hiring outreach
• Contribute to a positive and welcoming candidate experience
