About The Position

Jefferson Health is hiring an Interventional Radiology Technologist to produce radiographs during specialized diagnostic and therapeutic radiology procedures. The technologist works alongside physicians and nursing personnel as part of a team performing specialized radiographic examinations, including biopsies and catheter insertions. Other duties may be assigned by the immediate supervisor. This per diem position is based at Jefferson Health Northeast, 10800 Knights Road, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The listed work shift is Workday Day.

Requirements

Satisfactory completion of formal x-ray technology training.
At least three years of experience as an x-ray technologist.
At least two years of experience as an interventional radiographer.
ARRT certification required.

Responsibilities

Produce radiographs during specialized radiology diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.
Work alongside physicians and nursing personnel to perform radiographic examinations.
Join a team of physicians, nursing personnel, and technologists performing specialized radiographic examinations such as biopsies and catheter insertions.
Perform other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor.
