About The Position
The Interventional Radiology Tech performs interventional radiology or advanced radiologic procedures. Candidates must hold active certification through the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists, maintain current Basic Life Support certification, and have recent experience with the EPIC electronic medical record system. Appropriate state licensure or documentation that licensure is in process must be provided at submission. Reliable transportation is required because public transportation access in the area is limited.
Requirements
- Active certification through the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- At least two years of experience in interventional radiology or advanced radiologic procedures.
- Experience with the EPIC electronic medical record system within the past two years; this is mandatory.
- Proof of appropriate state licensure or documentation showing licensure is in process at the time of submission.
- Reliable transportation due to limited public transportation access in the area.
Nice To Haves
- Experience working in a trauma-level hospital environment is strongly preferred.
