Working under the direct supervision of the lead tech, receives and processes case schedules, and performs other secretarial and clerical duties. Other duties may be assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• One year related experience preferred
• Excellent interpersonal and initiative skill, typing and windows application proficiency required.
• Able to multitask between phone, computer and add on cases.

Responsibilities

• Receives, records, and reserves interventional radiology (IR) time.
• Schedules IR time for BH IR and PAMC IR and other related departments. Will verify all fax and verbal bookings from physician and admitting offices in accordance with departmental guidelines as observed by supervisor and as indicated by feedback.
• Performs similar or related duties as required or directed.
• Performs other secretarial and clerical duties including quality assurance procedures/reports as directed and indicated by observation of supervisor.
