About The Position
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Interventional Radiologic Technologist to join our team on a full-time basis at Baylor Scott & White Round Rock Medical Center. This position involves working day shifts with a call rotation and offers a $15,000 sign-on bonus. The role is crucial in assisting physicians with interventional radiology procedures.
Requirements
- Graduate of an Accredited Radiologic Technology Program.
- Certified by the ARRT (R) in Radiography.
- Current Texas Medical Board (TMB) License as a Medical Radiologic Technologist (MRT).
- BLS Certification (required within 30 days of hire).
Nice To Haves
- Interventional Radiology experience preferred.
- Within 2 years of hire, must obtain one of the following: ARRT-VI – Interventional Radiography, or ARRT-CV – Cardiovascular Interventional Radiography, or ARRT-CI – Cardiac Interventional Radiography.
Responsibilities
- Assist physicians with interventional radiology procedures.
- Operate imaging equipment to capture diagnostic images.
- Ensure patient safety and comfort during procedures.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and hospital policies.
