Well-established multi-specialty group seeks a fellowship trained Interventional Pain Management physician. Schedule consist of Mon-Fri with Mon, Wed, Friday-in Clinic & Tues & Thurs in the OR. Procedures include but not limited to: Epidural Steroid Injection, Facet Joint Injections, Hip Joint Injection, Lumbar Radiofrequency Neurotomy, Medial Branch Block & Trigger Point Injections.
