This role is responsible for creating and executing strategic, sales-focused business plans for an assigned territory to drive sales and exceed revenue targets. The representative will manage the entire selling process, from initial contact to closing the sale, and provide in-office product evaluations. Key responsibilities include identifying and building relationships with new and existing customers, negotiating pricing, utilizing clinical data effectively, maintaining accurate customer data in CRM, implementing marketing plans, conducting business reviews, supporting market access initiatives, attending conferences, and staying updated on dry eye technologies. The role also involves maintaining regulatory compliance, upholding a professional image, coaching and developing other sales representatives, delivering on-the-job training, and partnering with internal stakeholders to inform strategy and program development.
