About The Position

Centinela Hospital Medical Center provides essential cardiovascular services to a diverse community, offering a supportive and collaborative clinical environment. Centinela Hospital Medical Center is seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Interventional Cardiologist to join our cardiovascular team. This role offers a broad scope of practice with a focus on general interventional procedures in a community hospital setting.

Requirements

• MD or DO degree from an accredited program
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Cardiology and Interventional Cardiology
• Eligible for California medical licensure
• Training and competency in interventional procedures
• Strong clinical and teamwork skills

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures (e.g., cardiac catheterization, PCI)
• Manage patients with coronary artery disease and other cardiovascular conditions
• Provide inpatient consults and outpatient follow-up care
• Collaborate with hospitalists, intensivists, and cardiology colleagues
• Participate in shared call coverage
• Ensure timely and accurate documentation
