This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a leading cardiovascular program within Prime Healthcare, providing exceptional patient care in a state-of-the-art facility. Position Overview: We are seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Interventional Cardiologist to join our cardiology team at St. Mary’s Hospital in Kankakee, IL. This is a full-time position offering a 50% inpatient / 50% outpatient mix, with the opportunity to step into a leadership role as the program evolves. • Schedule: Daytime shifts, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM• Call: 1:3 shared call with three other cardiologists• Mid-level Support
Requirements
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Cardiology (General or Interventional)
- Eligible for medical licensure in Illinois
- Strong commitment to patient-centered care and clinical excellence
- Ability to work in a team-oriented, high-quality healthcare environment
