About The Position
This is a Locum Tenens position for an Interventional Cardiologist in Springfield, MO. The role involves providing 16-hour call coverage for interventional cardiology, including performing hospital coverage and cath lab procedures. The physician will also conduct inpatient consults and rounding. The coverage period is from August 3-7, 2026, with an in-house call type and a 1:5 call ratio. The agency covers travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance.
Requirements
- Board Certified or Board Eligible (BC/BE).
- Licensed in MO or IMLC.
- BLS certification.
- ACLS certification.
Responsibilities
- Provide 16-hour call coverage.
- Support interventional call coverage.
- Perform hospital coverage including cath lab procedures.
- Conduct inpatient consults and rounding.
