About The Position

BGE, Inc. is seeking an intern for its North Austin Land/Site Development work. The intern will work on a team while learning from and receiving mentorship from BGE employees. The role includes attending career-development events and training, as well as intern-specific activities in addition to regular work activities. The position requires 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday.

Requirements

• Be a full-time student pursuing a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction, Landscape Architecture, Environmental Science, or a related discipline.
• Strong proficiency with business software, including MS Office, and ability to learn industry-specific software.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Be a strong collaborator who works well on a team.
• Willingness and ability to work 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities

• Work on a team while learning and being mentored by BGE employees.
• Attend events and training focused on career development.
• Participate in intern-specific activities in addition to normal work activities.
