Requirements

Your educational institution must credit or certify your internship toward a bachelor’s degree or a master’s degree in an appropriate discipline.
Relevant work/internship experience
Knowledge of French required

Responsibilities

Actively participate in the development of a production strategy.
Contribute to application and program analysis, design, coding, testing and documentation to deliver high-performance solutions that are adapted to specific needs.
Actively participate in quality assurance tests by identifying test scenarios (unit, functional, system, non-regression).
Help set up test environments, perform test scenarios and communicate results.
Support all phases of project delivery, from planning to final delivery, while handling coordination duties, respecting deadlines and approving deliverables to ensure objectives are met.
Support the team with sprint planning and assessments.
Foster collaboration, eliminate obstacles and ensure scrum best practices are followed to deliver optimal value.
Support the application delivery manager, who is responsible for the application component of technology solutions.
Help identify key contributors, ensure work alignment across teams and collaborate with key players from a wide range of fields.
Advise and assist the project manager and project team by monitoring performance indicators, updating schedules and tracking progress.
Help ensure that recommended industry best practices are applied.
Analyze issues related to your area of work, conduct research and preliminary analyses, develop initial outlines for tools and working processes.
Draw on your comprehensive knowledge of the business segment while acting as an advisor to our dedicated clients and partners.
Support the functional analyst, who serves as a content specialist in solution delivery by contributing to maintenance and updates.
Working closely with the product owner and project team, help define functional specifications.
Contribute to the development of IT governance and compliance approaches.
Document multiple internal processes and procedures related to risk and compliance practices.
Ensure the quality of evidence related to general IT controls.
Follow up with compliance officers while monitoring certain files.
Support the system administrator who contributes to IT efficiency by configuring, administering, maintaining and upgrading computer networks, management systems and servers.
Support the platform administrator, who is responsible for ensuring the success of automated deployments and for contributing to the development and enhancement of the security posture and operational efficiency of infrastructure components.
