Requirements
- Be eligible to work in Canada.
- Be enrolled in a Canadian university throughout your internship.
- Be able to work on-site in the province where you are hired if applicable.
- Pursuing a degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Finance, or Business Administration.
- Good English and French skills (spoken/written).
- Working knowledge of English to read and understand specialized instructions, plans, drawings and technical terms that may emanate from international organizations, as well as to write and sometimes communicate in English with customers, suppliers or international colleagues.
Responsibilities
- Developing the standard operating procedures for the main process to facilitate online training for the supply chain technical team.
- Creating/developing a standard Excel tool to track project progress and automatically monitor departmental business results (KPIs).
- Coordinating/facilitating meetings with various groups as needed to resolve issues/find solutions.
- Participating in integrated team meetings to ensure progress on various projects.
