Requirements

  • Be eligible to work in Canada.
  • Be enrolled in a Canadian university throughout your internship.
  • Be able to work on-site in the province where you are hired if applicable.
  • Pursuing studies in Industrial Engineering and Operations Management.
  • Be autonomous, have leadership and show learning agility and analytical mindset.
  • Speaking and writing in French is required as well as possessing excellent communication skills.
  • Organizational skills and ability to work under pressure with competing and changing priorities.

Nice To Haves

  • Ability to use SAP.
  • Knowledge on operations management.

Responsibilities

  • Assist Logistic team in their key activities such as delivering engines to customers and aligning production plan to needs.
  • Support assembly line, such as line stoppages (ANDON).
  • Coordinate logistics activities with the warehouse.
  • Ensure compliance with serialization requirements on all engines.
  • Automate data collection related to the logistics department.
  • Support continuous improvement projects.
