The intern will contribute to data analysis to support strategic decision-making, improve data management processes, and optimize operations using advanced analytical tools, automation platforms, and database management solutions. The position is based at our Longueuil location, from Monday to Friday, with flexible hours and exclusively on-site. Internship Dates: May 4th to August 21st , 2026. Location: 1000 Bd Marie-Victorin, Longueuil, J4G 1A1, Québec, Canada. Schedule: On-site only, flexible hours, 5 days per week.
Requirements
- Be eligible to work in Canada.
- Be enrolled in a Canadian university throughout your internship.
- Be able to work on-site in the province where you are hired if applicable.
- Proficiency in data analysis and experience with the Microsoft Power Platform suite (Power BI, Power Automate, etc.).
- Experience in database management, ETL pipelines, Databricks, and API integration.
- This position is part of a French-speaking work environment, it requires a very good knowledge of English to read and understand, on a daily basis, documentation and technical terms that may emanate from international organizations, as well as to write and communicate in English with customers, suppliers or international colleagues.
Nice To Haves
- Basic front-end design (UI/UX) for dashboards and knowledge of Agile methodologies are a plus.
Responsibilities
- Analyzing and interpreting data to provide actionable insights.
- Using the Microsoft Power Platform suite (including Power BI, Power Automate, and other tools) to create interactive reports, dashboards, and automate processes.
- Participating in the implementation and optimization of ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) pipelines and database management processes.
- Collaborating with internal teams to integrate APIs, leverage Databricks for data processing operations, and ensure effective data management.
- Contributing to the improvement of user experience (UI/UX) for dashboards and reports.
