The Internship Program at MDB Co. is designed for University students or recent graduates seeking valuable, real-world experience within a wholesale/distribution business. The program fosters mentoring and feedback, accepting both undergraduate and MBA students to gain experience in various areas of business management operations. MDB Co. is looking for an independent, efficient, smart, and hard-working intern who genuinely enjoys learning, is an avid learner, an excellent written communicator, and a natural problem solver. As an intern, you will be on the front line of both internal and external support, assisting global customers and cross-functional teams. The internship is stipend-paid, requiring a minimum of 24 hours per week during Fall and Spring, and a minimum of 40 hours per week during Summer. While full-time opportunities are not guaranteed post-internship, former interns have transitioned into full-time roles in departments such as Branding/Marketing, Operations, and Accounting, offering a great entry point into the consumer products industry.
