About The Position

Our internship program is designed to give emerging professionals meaningful exposure to real client work, hands-on learning, and the chance to build confidence in a fast-moving, team-driven environment. It’s built to help you stretch, learn, and discover what you’re capable of. Throughout the summer, you’ll strengthen your technical skills, deepen your understanding of wealth management, and contribute to work that matters. We expect you to bring a genuine curiosity, not be afraid to ask questions, collaborate with experienced professionals.

Requirements

Complete a video response section as part of the application, including an introduction (name, school, major, expected graduation date) and answers to two selected questions.
Ensure video responses are under 3 minutes.
Upload video responses to YouTube with the title including your full name.
Set YouTube video visibility to Unlisted.
Provide a working YouTube link that plays without requiring sign-in.
Do not send studio links, channel links, or Google Drive links.

Responsibilities

Participate in an Intern Group Project designed to provide a tangible professional deliverable.
Engage in Department Shadowing to understand how each department operates and expose yourself to different functions and roles.
Complete rotations through Business Development (Alpha, and Wealth Advisors) and Investments (Trading and Research).
Participate in Leadership Lunches with Annex leaders to discuss leadership, career development, and industry trends.
Collaborate on the 'Intern Survival Guide' podcast, contributing to content, production, promotion, and creative spark.
Prepare and deliver a capstone presentation at a Monday Morning Meeting, showcasing accomplishments and learnings.
