About The Position

The Product Management Intern will be part of UDX's Global Pricing Analytics team. The intern will train under the guidance of a Senior Product Manager supporting Revenue Management systems at UDX. The intern will learn about Revenue Management and Product Management and help maintain product roadmaps, bug and enhancement tickets, and coordinate with our Global Technology partners and pricing teams. This internship will be an in-person experience, based in our Orlando offices. Interns must be currently pursuing a degree at an accredited university, and must have a graduation date later than April 2027. Universal Orlando does not provide housing. Interns are responsible for their own housing and transportation. All of our internships are paid, and you may also qualify for housing financial assistance if applicable. The Recruiter will provide specific eligibility details.

Requirements

  • In pursuit of an Associate, Bachelor or Graduate degree at an Accredited Institution with current class standing of Junior or above.
  • Minimum cumulative 2.8 GPA is required.
  • A transcript is required upon application.
  • Must have a graduation date later than April 2027.

Nice To Haves

  • Preferred majors include: Management Information Systems, Business Administration, or similar.
  • Familiarity with Revenue Management, SQL, Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Office Suite

Responsibilities

  • Learns the process, systems, models, and business rules in the optimization of admissions pricing at Universal Destinations & Experiences.
  • Maintain product roadmaps
  • Develop processes and procedures for tracking bug reports and enhancement requests and identify efficiencies in existing processes.
  • Communicate with pricing teams about status of bugs and enhancements in Revenue Management Systems
  • Help develop training materials for Revenue Management Systems and pricing processes
  • Assist in building presentations to share project status updates with Senior Leadership
  • Understands and actively participates in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established UO policy, procedures, training, and Team Member involvement activities.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
