About The Position

OMNI is seeking interns to support the growth and operation of its mobility-on-demand platform in the Bay Area and beyond. This role involves contacting and activating drivers, assisting with document management, and contributing to a smooth and efficient launch in multiple cities. It's a valuable opportunity to gain experience in a growing, mission-driven company. Interns are eligible to receive 0.3% – 1.0% equity in OMNI, and this position is EQUITY COMPENSATED ONLY.

Requirements

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Enthusiastic about OMNI’s mission and vision.
• Ability to commit to weekday shifts and collaborate with team members.
• Must complete a background check and participate in a brief interview.
• Willingness to attend an orientation and receive training.

Responsibilities

• Contact and activate drivers, assisting them in onboarding and completing their profiles.
• Provide reminders to drivers regarding document uploads, vehicle inspections, and background checks.
• Support the operations team by donating time during weekdays, assisting in essential tasks.
• Collaborate with different departments to speed up the launch and ensure smooth operations.
• Gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced startup environment.
